This quick and easy glazed salmon recipe is not only tasty it’s beautiful! It can be made in minutes and eaten along side so many options. I like to have these glazed salmon bites with a salad or for a heartier meal I like to have them with rice, a fried egg, steamed broccoli, and some chili oil. SO SO GOOD!

TIPS AND THINGS TO NOTE:

Cooking honey:

If you are concerned about cooking the honey you can simply mix the honey in at the end.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound 225grams boneless salmon (cut into cubes/chunks)
  • 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp cajun spice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter for glazing
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dry parsley
Instructions
  1. To your cubed salmon add in the all purpose seasoning, cajun spice, smoked paprika, garlic powder and mix well.Allow to marinade for 10 minutes.

     

  2. Heat your pan just above medium heat and add in the tsp of butter or olive oil for cooking. Once melted/hot add in your salmon bites. Cook for 1 & 1/2 minutes per side.

  3.  Once the second side of the salmon has browned add in the minced garlic, butter, lemon juice, honey and parsley flakes. Mix well and allow the mixture to bubble and coat the salmon for about 1-2 minutes. Be sure to be gentle when mixing so the salmon bites don’t break apart. Enjoy!
