TIPS AND THINGS TO NOTE:

Ranch dressing

Use any ranch dressing you have or love. When adding the dressing to the hot pan you only want to cook it for about 10 seconds.

Ingredients
    For marination:
  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • 3/4 tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 3/4 tbsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tbsp garlic powder
  • For sauce:
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp garnish
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
  1. Season your chicken wings with olive oil, all purpose seasoning, Montreal steak spice, onion powder, and garlic powder and mix well.

  2. Allow the wings to marinate for a few hours or overnight.

  3. Air fry, bake or deep fry until nice and brown and the juices at the centre of the chicken wings run clear. The internal temperature of the wings should read a minimum of 165 degrees F on a quick read thermometer.

  4. Gently cook the garlic in butter over medium heat for 30 seconds.

  5. Add in the fresh dill and give it a quick stir.

  6. Add in your ranch dressing stir for 10 seconds and remove from the heat.

  7. Pour the sauce all over your cooked chicken wings.

  8. Toss. Garnish with some more fresh dill and enjoy!
