TIPS & THINGS TO NOTE:

Cooking methods:

I air fried these wings but you can also bake or bbq them. If you are willing to put in the effort I highly recommend you try grilling these over charcoal. The smokey flavour paired with the tandoori masala is unmatched!

Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • finishing ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Season the chicken wings with olive oil, tandoori masala, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, and lemon juice.

  2. Marinate for a few hours or preferably overnight.

  3. Air fry, bake or bbq at 400 F degrees until cooked all the way through. The internal temperature of the chicken should read a minimum of 165 degrees F on a quick read thermometer.

  4. Melt some butter or ghee and pour all over your cooked chicken wings. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped cilantro, toss and enjoy!
