I love the colours and flavours of tandoori chicken – especially when made with chicken wings. This recipe is quick, easy and only requires a few good ingredients. I hope you enjoy every bite!
TIPS & THINGS TO NOTE:
Cooking methods:
I air fried these wings but you can also bake or bbq them. If you are willing to put in the effort I highly recommend you try grilling these over charcoal. The smokey flavour paired with the tandoori masala is unmatched!
Season the chicken wings with olive oil, tandoori masala, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, and lemon juice.
Marinate for a few hours or preferably overnight.
Air fry, bake or bbq at 400 F degrees until cooked all the way through. The internal temperature of the chicken should read a minimum of 165 degrees F on a quick read thermometer.
Melt some butter or ghee and pour all over your cooked chicken wings. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped cilantro, toss and enjoy!
